How are services for youth with a physical disability (e.g., cerebral palsy, spina bifida) who experience mental health challenges (e.g., depression, anxiety) organized and delivered?
We reviewed sixteen scientific articles from the fields of health and rehabilitation and found two models of service delivery. Twelve key principles were also identified and categorized into: collaboration and coordination, training and support, and delivery of care.
The identified principles in this new scoping review can guide improved service delivery for this population.
